New Features and Updates
Here’s a quick overview of the latest features and improvements we’ve rolled out — all driven by member feedback and focused on usability, visibility, and efficiency.
1. Enhanced Bunk Score Interface
We’ve redesigned the Bunk Score interface to make key information easier and faster to understand. You can now edit the next feed delivery using any measurement you prefer (DM, As Fed, or % live weight), giving you greater flexibility and control when managing rations.
2. Feed History Transfer Between Pens
Feed history now moves with the lot. Previously, while each lot and animal maintained a complete feeding history, that information wasn’t visible after moving a lot to a new pen.
Based on member requests, we added the option to transfer a lot’s full feeding history when it changes pens. You can now view this history directly in the destination pen — including the time the lot spent in previous pens — and the same data is also available in bunk readings. This provides better context and supports more informed decisions.

3. Cattle Transfers by Pen
Moving cattle is now faster and more efficient. In addition to transferring animals by lot or sub-lot, you can now move animals by selecting their original pen.
This allows you to transfer multiple lots that share the same pen at the same time, significantly reducing the number of steps required.
4. Payweight in the Cattle In
We introduced a new optional payweight field in the Cattle In process. This field allows you to record the actual weight at which animals arrive at the feedyard.
In the near future, this value will be used both as the starting weight and in the new closeout calculations, enabling a more accurate evaluation of animal growth.
5. New Sales Form – Expanded Features
The Sales Form has been updated with a cleaner interface and additional functionality to provide more complete sales insights.
You can now upload quality grading details for animals based on the program they belong to, using a CSV file in the format provided by the packer. Additionally, you can download a complete list of sold animals, including entry and exit weights and other key metrics.
Animal Health 2.0 – Phase One Launch
We’re excited to announce the launch of the first phase of Animal Health 2.0, a complete redesign of this area focused on clarity, flexibility, and better health tracking across the feedyard.
1. Fully Redesigned Interface
We renewed the entire Animal Health interface, making it much more user-friendly, intuitive, and easy to navigate. Key information is now clearer and faster to access.
2. Treatments: Undo Capability
We added the ability to undo treatments, increasing flexibility and reducing friction when corrections are needed in day-to-day operations.
3. Sick Cattle View
We introduced a new Sick Cattle tab that provides a centralized view of all sick animals.
From this view, you can:
See how many animals are currently sick and where they are located
Track how many animals have recovered, by disease
Monitor mortality counts by disease
Most importantly, you can now pull out sick animals directly from their original pen—meaning you can identify and manage them while keeping them in that same pen. Animals can be marked as sick or treated without the need to send them to a hospital pen, significantly simplifying workflows and improving accuracy.
4. Expanded Health Protocol Details
We expanded the information that can be recorded in health protocols to improve communication between teams and enable better outcome analysis. You can now include:
Protocol description
Treatment indications
Expected treatment results
Applicable cattle types
5. Pen Rider Improvements
We also enhanced the Pen Rider experience. You can now:
Add a diagnosis without performing a treatment or pulling the animal
Record cause of death and add comments when applicable
In addition, the animal historical profile has been significantly expanded. Along with entry date and treatments, you can now view:
Full pen movement history
Disease diagnoses
Comments and observations
This complete history is now downloadable as a CSV file, making analysis and reporting easier than ever.
