More integrations, deeper insights, better decisions
At Cattler, we continue moving forward with one clear goal: simplifying daily operations while improving decision-making through better data.
This January 2026, we’re releasing several key features that strengthen accounting integrations, enhance animal health management, and enable seamless data sharing between users.
Here’s what’s new 👇
🔗 QuickBooks Integration
We’re excited to launch our first native accounting system integration: QuickBooks.
Cattler users who work with this ERP can now send billing invoices directly to QuickBooks, combining:
Cattler’s operational simplicity
With QuickBooks’ strength in accounting and tax management
How it works
Go to Settings → Integrations
Connect your QuickBooks account
To send invoices:
Go to Reports → Billing Invoices
Select the invoices you want to send to QuickBooks
👉 This is our first accounting integration, with more coming in the next months.

🩺 Animal Health 2.0 – New Overview Screen
We continue the full redesign of Animal Health, adding new capabilities and a more powerful user experience.
This month, we’re launching a new Overview screen, providing a single, centralized, and actionable view of animal health across the operation.
From this view, you can:
Monitor health risk, morbidity, and mortality, broken down by real diagnoses
Track pull-outs and health events in real time, including:
Treatments
Health checks
Hospital movements
Deaths
See readiness status:
Animals ready to ship
On withdrawal
Untreated
This unified view gives managers and veterinarians instant clarity to:
Identify trends
Prioritize actions
Align health decisions with logistics, and marketing
These updates build on recent improvements to treatments, protocols, health log, pen rider, and the new schedule functionality.
🔄 Data Transfer Between Accounts
Cattler users who sell or transfer cattle between each other can now securely share individual animal data.
In this first phase, transferred data includes:
Ear and EID tags
Categories
Breed
What does Data Transfer enable?
Faster cattle intake (Cattle In)
No manual data entry
Automatically importing ear and EID tags, breed, and category
Animal mapping between origin and destination, linking animals from the source feedlot to the destination feedlot
This is the first step toward securely sharing richer data, including:
Genetic information (sire, dam)
Health and treatment history
Feeding data
Days on feed
Birth details
Connecting the entire chain, from breeder to packer.
Additional Improvements and Operational Enhancements
Alongside the major new features, we’re also releasing several operational and usability improvements designed to make everyday work simpler, clearer, and more accurate.
These updates may seem small, but they have a direct impact on efficiency, data quality, and operational clarity.
📦 Archive Rations and Supplies
Users can now archive inactive rations and supplies, including:
Feed ingredients and rations
Veterinary and pharmaceutical supplies
This allows you to:
Keep active lists clean and focused
Reuse rations and supplies later without recreating them
Preserve historical records without disrupting current workflows
Perfect for seasonal programs and evolving feeding or health strategies.
🧾 Delete Invoices
We’ve enabled the ability to delete invoices in Cattler.
This helps users:
Correct administrative mistakes
Avoid duplicate records
Keep billing reports accurate and reliable
A small change that delivers better financial control.
🥣 Bunk Call & Adjustment on the Same Line
We improved the Bunk Call and Adjustment display by placing the score directly next to the label.
This provides:
Faster data interpretation
Clearer visual context
More efficient daily feeding decisions
Better clarity with less effort.
💉 Animal Health Supplies Rounding
We added support for rounding rules on veterinary supplies.
When applying doses:
Volumes are automatically adjusted
Rounding follows the minimum unit of the supply
This results in:
More accurate dosing records
Improved inventory tracking
Cleaner and more reliable animal health data
📊 Feed Deliveries Report – New Columns
Based on direct user feedback, we’ve improved the Feed Deliveries Report.
What’s new?
Clearer, easier-to-read column names
Added columns showing:
Ration costs
Ingredient costs per delivery
These enhancements allow users to:
Analyze feeding costs by lot
Gain deeper insight into feeding efficiency and economics
